Cummins “Behind the Screens”Campaign

As part of its new Renovate+ IT strategy, Cummins wanted to raise both the internal and external profiles of its IT team. Our solution was to create a series of interview-style carousels that could run on the Cummins internal intranet and then later on social media channels.

For each carousel, we organized a video conference with the two subjects, facilitating the conversation with pre-approved questions (conversation starters) or by interjecting new questions when necessary. I then edited down the conversations to fit the carousel format.

By allowing others to eavesdrop on the wide-ranging conversations by team members, we were able to help the IT division show the important work it was doing, the diversity of its personnel and why Cummins is a dynamic place to work in IT.
