Kentucky State Police “Blue Lights” Spot

During certain periods throughout the year, the Kentucky State Police steps up enforcement of moving violations. For its “Blue Lights Across the Bluegrass” event, we used the flashing light bars of the patrol cars to dramatize how much the Kentucky State Police would be out in force and to remind Kentuckians to drive safely.
