Microsoft “Contre Jour” Campaign

Back when HTML5 was a new technology and quickly overtaking Flash, Microsoft wanted to call attention to the HTML5 capabilities of its Internet Explorer browser. So, it partnered with Electronic Arts to make its popular physics-based puzzle video game, Contre Jour, playable in web browsers. This was a beautiful demonstration of IE’s HTML5 optimization. To get the word out, we created animated website takeovers and banner ads to showcase the beauty and smooth performance of Contre Jour and IE.
